Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Cardexalon, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below. This right does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection law.
Conditions
To be eligible for a refund: the product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging; you must contact us first to obtain a return authorisation; the request must be made within 30 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
